New Dunelm Regional Sales Manager

Due to further development, Dunelm Optical announce the appointment of Paul Janson as their new Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands and Staffordshire.
Paul Janson is the new point of contact for the Midlands and Staffordshire and will ensure that customers continue to receive excellent support in all of their sales and marketing needs.
Paul has been working within the optical industry for over 22 years. His positions have included Glazing Manager, Practice Manager & Regional Chairman for East Midlands. Paul has set up successful new practices from scratch and has looked after multiple Franchised Practices. He has enjoyed three years as a Locum OA, visiting patients at care and own homes and spent several years as an Account Manager where he exceeded all set targets. Most recently Paul worked for Eyoto, helping to bring innovative technical solutions to the optical industry.
Paul will sell Dunelm’s extensive optical and prescription sun collections across the Midlands and Staffordshire including premium designer brand - Joseph, fashion favourite - Paul Costelloe, Scandinavian designer - Freya, house brands Julian Beaumont, Retro and Whiz Kids, alongside Italian inspired Ascari Eyewear and OMG! Eyewear to name a few. Paul’s experience in glazing will also be a great asset in spearheading sales of Dunelm’s wide-ranging lens collection across the region.
Engaged to Sharon and proud father to three teenage boys, Paul is often found tinkling around with old cars, gardening or enjoying DIY. Paul adds: “I jumped at the opportunity of a new role at Dunelm Optical. This position combines so many aspects of life that I enjoy - optics, travelling, meeting new customers and offering solutions to the needs of individual practices, and all for a company that is family orientated”.
