Dunelm Optical announce the appointment of John Procter as Managing Director.

Due to further growth and development, Dunelm Optical are delighted to announce the appointment of John Procter as Managing Director.
John brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company, he is an experienced company director and business leader used to managing larger organisations, as well as start-up companies. His broad experience and skillset include change and operational management.
John has recently retired from Politics most recently representing the Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire Region in The European Parliament, he sat on a wide range of committees including Public Health, his insight will be a valuable asset to the Dunelm Optical business.
John currently holds the prestigious position of Chairman of the Royal Armouries which has three museums across the United Kingdom and cares for one of the most important national collections of arms and armour in the world, the collection is displayed and housed in the White Tower at the Tower of London, the purpose built Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds and at Fort Nelson in Hampshire.
